Conducted and directed research on psychological trauma, child adversity, and treatment outcomes in youth. Was the Founding Director of the Hathaway Children’s Clinical Research Institute (1999–2004), built the institute’s infrastructure, secured major funding, and led multiple long-term projects on trauma and resilience in youth.
